Mary will simply give us what  Dr Sketch recommended for us and i'll also suggest classical poses to her. This time or the next for those who bought a ticket early or full members you will be able to frieze frames on a pre-recording as your favourite poses that i can tell her about.

We will go from moving, 20 secs poses, 1 min x 5, many 5 and 10 mins poses and will end with a 20 mins pose.
